Sales Manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi!

The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively manage teams of sales professionals. They should also have a strong understanding of the market in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maintain and increase customer base
• Liaise with customers to ensure that their needs are met
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members
• Monitor competitor activities and determine areas of improvement for the team
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns in order to develop effective marketing strategies
• Manage budgets and other resources efficiently in order to maximize profits
• Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, such as vendors, suppliers, customers, and partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required
• 8+ years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Knowledge of the local market landscape and dynamics
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English is a must;
  Arabic language proficiency would be an asset
• Must be authorized to work in Abu Dhabi
