We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. You will be expected to develop and implement effective sales strategies, create customer-focused initiatives, and ensure maximum profitability.

You will also need to maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as the competitive landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven track record in sales management.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role
• Proven success in building strong relationships with customers
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability to close deals within agreed upon deadlines
• Working knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, Hub Spot etc.)
