Are you a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager looking for a new opportunity in the vibrant city of Abu Dhabi? Look no further!

As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets for our hotel. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and targeting potential new clients.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets
• Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
• Identify and target potential new clients through research and networking
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions to drive sales
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the hotel
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the local market in Abu Dhabi is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Fluency in English is required

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month along with visa sponsorship.
