We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi!
We are offering a salary of 1400 and we are willing to consider foreign applicants for this opportunity.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading our sales team and developing strategies to maximize revenue. You will need to analyze customer data, identify trends, and develop plans for meeting or exceeding sales goals. You should also provide training and mentoring to the sales team, ensure that the team is meeting performance targets, and evaluate team performance.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a senior sales role, have excellent communication skills, be able to think strategically, and have a proven track record of success in leading sales teams. Knowledge of CRM systems, market trends, and customer relationship management is also beneficial.
