• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Proven sales experience in a similar role or industry
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• Good understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal)

• Developing sales strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Establishing contact with potential clients to generate new business opportunities
• Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and requirements
• Negotiating contracts with clients
• Analyzing market trends and tracking competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities
• Preparing sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
• Working with other departments within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times
• Developing relationships with key customers in order to increase sales revenues
• Keeping up-to-date with products and competitors’ activities
