Sales Manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Manager to join our team in Abu‑Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a results‑oriented individual, with the ability to think outside of the box, as well as excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record in sales, at least 2 years of experience in the industry, and a comprehensive understanding of sales strategies. They should be able to lead and inspire a team, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

As Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:

• establishing and maintaining relationships with clients;
• developing and implementing sales strategies;
• providing effective leadership to a team of sales professionals;
• negotiating contracts;
• overseeing market research activities;
• monitoring competitor activities;
• tracking sales performance;
• analyzing data to identify trends or opportunities for improvement;
• developing marketing plans for new products or services;
• attending networking events;
• working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

The salary for this position is 1700 AED per month.
