We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Abu Dhabi As the Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients both new and existing to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Prepare reports on sales performance market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless service delivery for clients
- Represent the hotel at industry events trade shows and networking events
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a luxury hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and industry trends
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Fluent in English knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Indian national preferred
- Salary 1100$ per month
