The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction. • Developing effective sales plans and strategies to maximize sales and profits
• Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Establishing strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding customer service
• Monitoring customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
• Maintaining updated knowledge of products, services, pricing structures, competitors and market trends
• Assisting management in the development of new products or services
• Maintaining accurate records of customer information as well as all sales activities
• Attending trade shows and conferences to promote products

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organized individual with strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
