We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bani Yas City, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and proven experience in leading a successful sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting the company’s sales strategies and managing the sales team to ensure that targets and goals are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of managing successful sales team
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of any other language is an advantage
