Urgent Opportunity - Sales Manager (OEM) - MENA | UAE

Greetings from NES Fircroft! We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager (OEM) - MENA for a leading client in the UAE on a permanent basis.

• Develop and grow strategic OEM partnerships across the MENA region.
• Identify and secure opportunities within Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Industrial, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, and Data Centre sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.
• Drive business growth through EPCs, consultants, end users, and OEM networks.
• Maintain key client relationships and deliver market intelligence.
• Collaborate with engineering, commercial, procurement, and project teams.
• Manage CRM records, sales forecasts, and KPI reporting.

• 7-10+ years of technical sales/business development experience.
• Strong OEM sales experience within Energy, Electrical, Oil & Gas, Industrial, or Data Centre sectors.
• Experience selling engineered solutions or modular buildings is preferred.
• Strong understanding of FEED, EPC, and project execution processes.
• Excellent commercial negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the MENA region.
