- Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Promote facility-management services and Annual Maintenance Contracts AMC
- Conduct client meetings and site visits and follow up on enquiries
- Prepare professional quotations using Microsoft Excel
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to keep service quality high
- Minimum 2 years in the facility-management industry in Abu Dhabi
- Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation and client-relationship skills
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for preparing quotations
- Knowledge of CAFM / CRM software is an added advantage
- Sales-oriented, proactive and target-driven
