Sales Manager for International Company Egyptian and Nepali candidates preferred

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our international company based in Abu Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for Egyptian and Nepali candidates looking to advance their career in sales.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
• Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with them
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Create and deliver presentations to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support when needed
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitors activities

• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced competitive environment
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Egyptian or Nepali nationality preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with commission based on sales performance.

Visa sponsorship can be provided for the right candidate.
