Sales Manager Egyptian or Nepali
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and be fluent in English This is a contract position with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
