Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets within the landscaping and fencing sectors
- Cultivate strong long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients understanding their unique outdoor space needs
- Conduct thorough site assessments and provide expert consultations translating client visions into detailed project proposals
- Master product knowledge for a diverse range of landscaping materials, plants and fencing solutions to effectively upsell and cross-sell
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Have 3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the landscaping, construction, or home improvement industries.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of landscaping principles, plant types, and various fencing materials and construction methods.
- Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and close deals effectively.
