Business Unit Manager - Sales & Marketing

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Unit Manager to lead the growth of our dental and medical equipment business in the UAE.

The ideal candidate must be a qualified Dentist with strong dental industry experience
, a solid UAE market network, and proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, and team leadership.

• Lead sales and marketing strategy and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop new business across dental clinics, hospitals, healthcare groups, and dental laboratories.
• Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with dentists, clinic owners, and decision-makers.
• Drive product promotion, launches, exhibitions, conferences, and educational events.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and business opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and support major projects and commercial agreements.
• Lead and develop the sales and marketing team.

• BDS, DDS, DMD, or equivalent – Mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience, preferably within dental equipment or the dental industry.
• Proven sales and business development track record.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE dental market and established professional network.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Arabic and English – Required.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
