Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements through professional consultation
• Demonstrate MG vehicles and explain their features specifications performance and benefits
• Promote Ali & Sons value-added services including vehicle registration insurance financing options and after-sales services
• Recommend suitable accessories and optional equipment to enhance the customer ownership experience
• Achieve individual and dealership sales targets set by management
• Prepare accurate quotations and explain vehicle pricing discounts financing options and payment plans
• Advise customers on current vehicle availability and upcoming MG models
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries with the New Car Storekeeper to ensure a seamless handover process
• Work closely with the Customer Relations Representative to facilitate vehicle registration and insurance
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers to maximize conversion opportunities and build long-term relationships
• Deliver exceptional customer service before during and after the sale
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic are required.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
• Good telephone and customer communication skills.
