Business Development Coordinator

ADEPTS is seeking a proactive and well-organized Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Employment Type:

Full-time, on-site

• Identify and follow up on potential business opportunities
• Support lead generation, client outreach and appointment scheduling
• Coordinate the preparation and timely submission of proposals
• Maintain the CRM, sales pipeline and business development trackers
• Assist with tender searches, vendor registrations and prequalification submissions
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare capability statements and client presentations
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients on proposals and service opportunities
• Support networking events, seminars and other business development initiatives
• Prepare regular reports on leads, proposals, meetings and conversion status

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales coordination or client relations
• UAE experience is preferred
• Prior experience in audit, accounting, tax, advisory, consulting or a similar professional services industry is strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Arabic language skills would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Confident, professional and comfortable communicating with clients
