Business Development Manager – Domestic Defense Market
We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth across our domestic defense portfolio — spanning Platforms & Systems, Missiles & Weapons, and Space & Cyber.
What you’ll do:- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities within the UAE defense market
- Lead client relationships with key government and military stakeholders
- Support high-quality bid and proposal development
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and procurement dynamics
- Partner with technical and commercial teams to shape winning solutions
- 5+ years in business development, ideally within defense, aerospace, or engineering
- Bid/proposal experience strongly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Arabic fluency essential
