LevelUP HCS is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in our domestic defense portfolio across Platforms & Systems, Missiles & Weapons, and Space & Cyber. You will build a robust UAE pipeline, manage relationships with government and military stakeholders, and support bid development.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in defense-related BD, bid/proposal experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and Arabic fluency. Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
