We are hiring an experienced Sales Engineer – Lighting Solutions to lead business growth in Abu Dhabi. This role is focused on winning projects, developing strong industry relationships, and expanding our presence in the lighting, fit-out, and construction market. This is a project-driven sales leadership role, not a retail or transactional sales job. We are looking for someone who understands how lighting projects are specified, negotiated, and executed in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development across lighting, fit-out, and construction sectors
Secure lighting projects through consultants, contractors, and developers
Build and manage strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
Lead client meetings, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations
Convert project specifications into secured orders
Manage pricing, quotations, and contract discussions
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and suppliers for project execution
Monitor project pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting
Represent the company professionally in all client and site interactions
Proven experience in electrical or lighting system design engineering
, including load calculations, lighting layouts, and technical specification preparationHands‑on involvement in project design coordination across commercial buildings, hospitals, villas, or large‑scale fit‑out projects
, ensuring compliance with standards and project requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
4–6+ years of UAE experience in lighting, electrical, MEP, or construction sales
Proven track record of winning lighting or project-based deals
Strong network with consultants, contractors, and MEP companies in Abu Dhabi
Good understanding of lighting products (LED, fixtures, controls, specifications)
Experience in project sales, tenders, and specification approvals
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
UAE driving license is mandatory
Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
