Sales Manager for Pakistani and African Market

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

• Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share in the Pakistani and African market
• Identify potential clients and build relationships to generate new business opportunities
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
• Provide regular reports on sales activities market trends and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to promote the companys products services

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the Pakistani or African market
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong understanding of the cultural nuances and business practices in Pakistan and Africa
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel within Abu Dhabi for client meetings as needed
