We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our Oil & Gas / EPC business in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business development, client relationship management, tendering, and securing new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Oil & Gas / EPC sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ADNOC Group, NOCs, EPC contractors, and major Oil & Gas clients
. - Lead prequalification, tendering, proposal, and commercial activities.
- Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Manage client negotiations and support contract award activities.
- Coordinate with Estimation, Commercial, Engineering, Operations, and Project teams.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve business development targets.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and business forums.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Business Development / Sales within Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, or Energy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the Oil & Gas market and major industry stakeholders.
- Proven experience in securing contracts and developing new business.
- Strong network with ADNOC, EPC contractors, and Oil & Gas clients is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Engineering or relevant technical/business qualification preferred.
- Arabic Speaker only.
- GCC experience is highly preferred.
A strategic and well-connected business development professional who can independently drive market expansion, client engagement, tender opportunities, and revenue growth within the Oil & Gas sector.
