Accounts Manager; MENA)
The Account Manager works alongside the MENA Content and Territory Manager in the overall management of clients from Middle East and North Africa business territories and is responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing the sales of client accounts, whilst maintaining back-office diligence in CRM, contracts, payments, and data.
Furthermore, this position requires building strong relationships with clients at all levels, identification, and acquisition of potential new clients through prospecting and networking on behalf of the company.
Your Main Tasks- Build relationships with C-Level Management, Directors, Editors and Journalists
- Prospect new sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients
- Work closely with CS and Marketing to qualify inbound leads
- Develop and deliver world class sales proposals to prospects, target accounts and existing customers to ensure maximum revenue generation
- Strategize with Regional Director on target accounts to ensure maximum revenue generation
- Provide pro-active trusted thought leadership to accounts
- Maintain and keep ahead of industry trends, products and services
- Submit activity reports and sales forecasts and keep CRM up-to-date
- Build customer intimacy, understand and map their organization
- Identify and penetrate new accounts
To be successful at this position, we think you should to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Relevant experience in B2B client account management and sales
- Excellent English and Arabic skills – fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is a must, any other language is an advantage.
- Demonstrate the ability to build rapport with existing and prospective clients
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, organizational and collaboration skills
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Familiarity with the Media landscape and Media production
