Junior Agronomist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Junior Agronomist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an agronomist, you will be responsible for conducting research and providing technical support to improve crop production and management practices.

• Conduct field trials and collect data on soil quality, plant growth, and yield
• Analyze data and present findings to support decision making
• Provide recommendations to farmers on crop selection, planting techniques, pest control, and fertilization
• Monitor crop development and address any issues that may arise
• Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies in agriculture
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Train farmers on best practices for sustainable agriculture

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of agricultural techniques and practices
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Exceptional communication skills in English
• Fluency in Hindi or Urdu is preferred but not required
