Agronomist - Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Agronomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agronomy and a passion for improving crop production and sustainability.

• Conduct research and gather data on local soil conditions, climate patterns, and crop yields
• Develop strategies for maximizing crop production while minimizing environmental impact
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate fertilizers, pesticides, and other agricultural inputs
• Monitor and analyze crop growth and health, identifying any potential issues or diseases
• Work closely with farmers to provide guidance and support in implementing best practices
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in agronomy research and technology

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of local soil conditions, climate patterns, and crop varieties
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
• Experience working with farmers to implement sustainable practices
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
