Agricultural Crop Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Agricultural Crop Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi As an Agricultural Crop Specialist you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the production of crops on our farm This includes conducting research implementing new techniques and technologies and providing guidance to other farm staff

• - Conduct research on different types of crops including their growth patterns soil requirements and pest control methods
• - Develop and implement strategies for increasing crop yield and quality
• - Monitor and analyze crop performance data to identify areas for improvement
• - Provide guidance to farm staff on proper planting irrigation fertilization and harvesting techniques
• - Stay updated on new developments in agricultural technology and incorporate them into farming practices
• - Manage the use of pesticides herbicides and fertilizers according to safety protocols
• - Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• - Maintain accurate records of crop production data

• - Bachelors degree in Agronomy or a related field
• - Minimum of 3 years experience as an Agronomist or Crop Specialist
• - Knowledge of crop production techniques pest management strategies and soil health principles
• - Familiarity with agricultural technology including precision agriculture tools
• - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data
• - Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to other farm staff

Salary 1500$ per month negotiable based on experience
