Position:
Overhead Crane Operator – 40 hours per week.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Overhead Crane Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating overhead cranes to move materials, products, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This is a full‑time position, with a work schedule of 40 hours per week.

• Operate overhead cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads.
• Inspect and maintain cranes and rigging equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols while operating cranes.
• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to determine load requirements.
• Communicate with team members to ensure proper movement and placement of materials.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and equipment.
• Complete daily logs and reports on crane operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating overhead cranes.
• Valid crane operator certification.
• Knowledge of crane safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy loads.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
