- Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Foreman handling villa or residential building projects
. - Strong experience in high-end finishing works
. - Ability to read and understand construction drawings
. - Good knowledge of finishing materials and installation methods.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Basic communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
Preferred
- Experience in luxury or high-spec villas.
