MEP Technicians

This is a full-time, on-site role for MEP Technicians based in Abu Dhabi & Dubai. The main responsibilities include conducting equipment maintenance, performing preventive maintenance as scheduled, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and carrying out repairs as needed. The role also involves maintaining and ensuring the efficiency of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.

• Strong knowledge and skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance procedures
• Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and developing maintenance schedules
• Experience in Troubleshooting issues related to MEP systems
• Skilled in Maintenance & Repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment
• Ability to work effectively on-site and adhere to safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in MEP systems
• Previous experience in an MEP or maintenance technician role is an advantage
