Cladding Fitter

Responsibilities

• Precisely install various cladding materials like metal, composite and timber ensuring alignment with architectural plans and specifications to create durable and aesthetically pleasing building exteriors.
• Expertly measure, cut, and shape cladding materials using hand and power tools maintaining accuracy to minimize waste and ensure a perfect fit for each project.
• Securely fix cladding panels to building frameworks employing appropriate fasteners and techniques guaranteeing structural integrity and weather resistance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements and ensure correct installation of cladding systems.

• Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education and basic skills.
• Holds a relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in cladding or a related field, showcasing a commitment to the profession.
• Should have a valid CSCS card, proving the necessary health and safety training and competence to work on construction sites.
• Demonstrates minimum 2 years of proven industry experience in cladding fitting, highlighting practical knowledge and skills.
