Position Overview

ADNOC Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for rotating equipment, machinery, vehicles, and offshore units. The role involves performing installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of critical assets.

• Perform routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance checks on machinery and equipment in line with schedules and checklists.
• Conduct corrective maintenance by dismantling, assembling, and replacing components to restore functionality.
• Carry out performance monitoring tests and report deviations beyond acceptable limits.
• Assist with installation and modification of systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Support start-up and shut-down activities of critical systems.
• Coordinate workshop repairs for major equipment or sub-assemblies and oversee reassembly.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC and UAE Asset Integrity Management codes and safety practices.

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant maintenance experience.
• Good knowledge of rotating equipment and machinery maintenance.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong computer skills for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to work in compliance with safety and integrity standards.
