Oversee daily plumbing operations ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems and installations to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage and mentor a team of plumbers providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance. Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems in construction projects.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in plumbing technology or management is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands‑on plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications, such as OSHA safety training or backflow prevention certification.
- Experience working in both residential and commercial plumbing environments to ensure a broad skill set.
