• Supervise and schedule weld shop requirements. Work with welders and peers to develop process and quality improvements specially related to Carbide Welding.
• Welding and Fabrication:
  Construct and repair equipment and structures such as drilling rigs, pipelines, and storage tanks using various welding techniques like SMAW, FCAW, and TIG.
• Inspections:
  Regularly inspect equipment and structures for damage or wear and identify necessary repairs.
• Train and supervise a team of Carbide Welders.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures, wearing protective gear and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of work performed, including materials used, welds completed, and repairs conducted.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Welding Certification.
• Minimum 10–12 years of Carbide Welding experience.
