• Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units, exhaust fans, and cold rooms.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure all air conditioning and refrigeration systems run efficiently.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and perform timely repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
• Monitor and optimize system energy consumption to support sustainability and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as IHG brand standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve engineering-related guest issues efficiently and professionally.
• Assist in equipment upgrades, system replacements, and maintenance planning as needed.

• Diploma or technical certification in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance, preferably within a hotel or commercial facility.
• Strong knowledge of refrigerant handling, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of UAE safety and environmental codes.
• Guest-focused, responsible, and proactive team player.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and on-call duties.
• Certifications or permits in HVAC or refrigeration handling as required by UAE regulations.
