Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled Handyman with experience in both residential and commercial properties to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a contract position suitable for men with a salary of $1300. As a Handyman you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting. You should have strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs and patching walls.
• Conduct repairs on various systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Install new fixtures or appliances as needed.
• Complete painting projects both inside and outside of buildings.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Proven experience as a Handyman in both residential and commercial properties.
• Solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting techniques.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Good communication skills to interact with tenants or property managers.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities to resolve any issues that may arise during maintenance tasks.
• Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects or standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
