Electrical Foreman

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installations, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards while coordinating with other trades on‑site.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical work to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Lead and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting techniques to enhance team performance.
• Manage project timelines and schedules, ensuring that electrical work is completed on time and within budget while adjusting plans as needed to accommodate changes.
• Assist in the preparation and review of project estimates and budgets, helping to secure necessary resources and materials for successful project completion.

• A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of electrical theory and practices.
• Certifications such as Journeyman Electrician, OSHA safety certification, or equivalent, showcasing commitment to professional development and safety standards.
• Proven experience working in commercial or industrial electrical settings, with specific knowledge of electrical codes and regulations relevant to the industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse group of electricians to achieve project goals.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to analyze and resolve complex electrical issues effectively.
