- Kitchen equipment repair, electrical systems knowledge, plumbing skills, HVAC familiarity
- Welding, soldering, diagnostic troubleshooting, preventative maintenance
- Blueprint reading, tool usage, safety compliance
- Perform maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules
- Prepare and maintain maintenance records
