Responsibilities
- Operate a CAT 216B3 Skid Steer Loader 51 HP 635 kg ROC 0 37 m bucket for loading, grading, and material handling.
- Operate a CAT 426 Backhoe Loader 93 HP MP bucket with forks, extendable stick 1 0 m loader bucket, 0 18 m backhoe bucket for excavation, trenching, and utility works.
- Conduct daily equipment checks (fluids, hydraulics, tires, attachments).
- Follow site instructions, method statements, and HSE procedures.
- Perform minor maintenance and report mechanical issues.
- Maintain operation logs and ensure safe work around personnel and utilities.
- Valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License – Category 8.
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating skid steer and backhoe loaders.
- Knowledge of ADM safety regulations and construction site protocols.
- Preferred experience with CAT machinery specifically.
