Main Responsibilities- Operate cranes safely and efficiently for various ad hoc projects as directed.
- Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and the client’s specific requirements.
- Carry out pre‑operational checks and inspections of crane equipment before use.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and site personnel to ensure safe and effective operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the crane and associated work areas.
- Report any incidents, near misses, or equipment malfunctions to management immediately.
- Participate in safety briefings and contribute to a culture of safety and teamwork.
- Adapt to different project requirements and locations as needed.
- Secondary school education or equivalent technical qualifications.
- National Crane Operator Certification or equivalent recognition.
- Experience operating cranes in a variety of environments, preferably offshore.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices for lifting operations.
- Excellent communication skills within a team and during operations.
- Azerbaijan national.
- Availability for flexible working hours and travel to different project sites as required.
