Roles and Responsibilities
Install and maintain and repair electrical systems, wiring, and components in buildings, machinery, and other infrastructure. Identify electrical issues, diagnose problems and perform necessary repairs or replacements to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to plan and execute installations or repairs. Follow safety protocols and local electrical codes to ensure all work meets regulatory standards.
Upgrade outdated electrical systems, install new equipment, and ensure compatibility with current technology. Conduct tests on electrical systems and equipment to confirm they are working properly and safely. Ensure adherence/compliance to policies, procedures, ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct, and values. Carry out diagnosis using diagnostic tools and ability to write reports to service advisors, AC systems in vehicles – full knowledge, diagnosis, and repair.
Accountabilities
Ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards. Timely and effective diagnosis and repair of electrical issues. Completing installations and maintenance accurately and efficiently. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Proper documentation and reporting of work completed, including inspections and repairs. Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations
- Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for diagnosing electrical issues.
- Experience:
2–3 years of hands‑on experience in electrical work. Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. - Good understanding of safety practices and adherence to electrical codes.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
