HVAC Technician – Chilled Water & DX Systems
- Extensive experience in operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
- Skilled in handling chilled water systems, including chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, chilled water pumps, control valves, and associated piping networks.
- Experienced in the maintenance and repair of DX systems, including split units, package units, VRF/VRV systems, and ducted split units.
- Proficient in diagnosing and rectifying mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related faults.
- Experienced in refrigerant leak detection, pressure testing, evacuation, refrigerant charging, and system commissioning.
- Capable of performing preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum equipment reliability and uptime.
- Experienced in troubleshooting HVAC control systems, thermostats, sensors, actuators, and BMS-integrated equipment.
- Ability to interpret HVAC drawings, schematics, P&IDs, and technical manuals for maintenance and installation activities.
- Skilled in compressor replacement, condenser and evaporator maintenance, motor servicing, and heat exchanger cleaning.
- Familiar with HVAC safety standards, permit-to-work systems, and best maintenance practices.
- Competent in preparing service reports, maintenance records, and asset condition assessments.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with engineers, supervisors, clients, and multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
- Committed to delivering high-quality maintenance services while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements.
