• Experience Level: Candidates must have a solid background of 3 to 5 years of professional work experience within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
• Industry Background: In-depth experience working directly within the Marine, Construction, or Oil & Gas industries is mandatory.

• Lifting Supervisor: Responsible for overseeing complex lifting operations, ensuring structural compliance, safety protocols, and managing rigging machinery.
• Sandfill Supervisor: Accountable for monitoring and directing sandfilling, reclamation, and site preparation procedures within large-scale maritime or construction layouts.
• Rigger Level 1: High-level specialist handles advanced rigging configurations and directs safe load-handling procedures under rigorous safety regulations.
• Rigger Level 2: Mid-level technical rigger specialized in operating intermediate rigging configurations and structural setups.
• Rigger Level 3: Entry-to-mid level support professional execution of basic rigging systems, tying, anchoring, and assisting superior lifting officers.

• Initial CV Screening: Evaluation of profiles based on relevant certifications, GCC experience length, and previous job environments.
