Job Summary
We are seeking qualified HVAC Technicians to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, air and water balancing, electrical inspections, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance, including filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, and system checks.
- Install new units, split units, chilled water fan coil units, VRV/VRF systems, and perform air duct cleaning.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, perform air and water balancing, and conduct electrical inspections.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and EPA Section 608 certification.
- Provide technical support and excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification required.
- Experience with HVAC systems ranging from 0–10+ years depending on the position.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical systems and safety procedures.
- EPA Section 608 certification preferred.
- Experience in marine or electrical side HVAC preferred for certain roles.
