• Perform welding works using ARC, MIG, and TIG welding methods as required.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Cut, fit, align, and weld metal components according to project specifications.
• Operate welding machines, grinders, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Carry out fabrication, repair, and maintenance works on construction sites.
• Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site engineers to complete assigned tasks on schedule.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Welder in the construction industry.
• Experience in structural steel fabrication and site welding is preferred.
• Proficient in ARC, MIG, and TIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and technical plans.
• Knowledge of welding safety standards and proper use of PPE.
• Physically fit and able to work in a construction environment.
• UAE construction experience is an advantage.
