Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Successfully deliver and execute jobs such as preparation, installation, repair and maintenance of TechnipFMC equipment, or other brands.
• Support and execute on a daily basis activities including preparation, installation, repair and maintenance of TFMC products as instructed by superiors.
• Perform calculations and checks on offshore such as space outs, status of equipment, test pressures etc.
• Works in a team as a service technician to install products and conduct repairs.
• Ensure that all equipment and spare parts are on location and ready to use.
• Ensure that the field service reports and other associated reports are completed with all the required information.
• Maintains communication on a high level and on a daily basis with internal and external Company Representative.

• HNC/HND Mechanical Engineering or time served apprenticeship preferably in a mechanical discipline.
• Mechanical and/or hydraulic related experience.
• Capable of reading and understanding procedures and drawings.
• Understanding of safety in relation to working with pressurized equipment.
• Excellent in English language in writing and verbally.
• Computer skills:
  Competent and familiar with MS Office applications and email package(s).
