Oversee and manage all electrical construction activities on‑site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
Responsibilities- Supervise and direct a team of electricians and subcontractors, coordinating daily work assignments and ensuring quality workmanship.
- Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and regulations on the electrical worksite, conducting regular safety audits.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical construction supervision.
- Proven track record managing large‑scale commercial or industrial electrical projects.
- Valid Electrical Supervisor or Wireman license (as per local regulations).
