  • Maintain rigging equipment in good working condition and promptly report defects, damage, or expired certifications.
  • Participate in equipment inspections, lifting plan implementation, and safe execution of lifting operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures, Permit to Work (PTW) requirements, toolbox talks, and mandatory PPE standards.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards within the yard and lifting equipment storage areas.
  • Work closely with stores, logistics, vessel crews, and project personnel to ensure safe and efficient equipment movements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives relating to lifting operations, equipment handling, and workplace safety.
Requirements

  • Opportunity to support major offshore survey, subsea, and marine mobilisation projects across the UAE and the wider region.
  • Exposure to complex lifting operations, vessel load outs, equipment mobilisation, and offshore yard logistics in a safety‑focused environment.
  • Opportunity to develop expertise in offshore rigging, lifting operations, equipment handling, and marine support activities while working alongside multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Long‑term career growth and progression within a stable organization supporting offshore survey and subsea operations.
