Responsibilities
- Perform assigned construction and site-related tasks based on trade specialization (Steel Fixer, Carpenter, Helper, etc.).
- Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and supervisor directions.
- Carry out installation, assembly, and fabrication work as required.
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure work is completed within project timelines and quality standards.
- Follow all company and site health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist team members and supervisors with daily site activities.
- Report equipment defects, material shortages, or safety hazards promptly.
- Support ongoing Oil & Gas construction and maintenance projects.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the applied trade.
- Experience in construction or Oil & Gas projects is preferred.
- Skilled in trade-specific tasks such as steel fixing, carpentry, or general site work.
- Physically fit and able to work in a demanding site environment.
- Good understanding of workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
- Indian nationals currently in the UAE preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Secondary school education or an ITI/Trade Certificate is an advantage.
