Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and repair activities at construction or industrial project sites.
- Ensure all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
- Lead a team of electricians and electrical technicians, allocating daily work assignments and monitoring productivity.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, single‑line diagrams, and project specifications.
- Inspect completed work and rectify defects before client inspection.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and manpower records.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman.
- UAE/GCC experience in construction, industrial, MEP, or infrastructure projects is required.
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and single‑line diagrams.
- Experience supervising electricians and allocating daily work activities.
