Offshore Installation Supervision
- Supervise installation of sleepers, mattresses, risers, grout bags, and other components, ensuring compliance with specifications and procedures.
- Monitor installation quality and provide technical guidance to installation crews.
- Coordinate with marine operations to ensure efficient vessel positioning and equipment deployment.
- Maintain installation productivity targets while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Document installation procedures and maintain comprehensive quality records.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during installation promptly, ensuring client specification compliance and technical standard adherence.
- Conduct installation inspections and quality verification throughout offshore operations.
- Ensure 100% compliance with installation quality standards.
- Implement offshore safety procedures and ensure HSE compliance during operations.
- Coordinate with marine crews to conduct safe installation operations and equipment handling.
- Participate in safety meetings and emergency response procedures.
- Maintain safety awareness and incident reporting throughout offshore assignments.
- Achieve zero safety incidents and 100% HSE compliance.
- Provide technical support and problem‑solving expertise during complex installations.
- Interface with onshore engineering teams for technical coordination and issue resolution.
- Support equipment troubleshooting and maintenance coordination during offshore operations.
- Maintain effective communication with project coordination teams and management.
- Assist onshore mobilization of marine units, including documentation and equipment readiness.
- 10 years offshore operations with 10 years subsea installation experience.
- Minimum
B.Sc. degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- BOSIET, HUET (required).
